Two specialists. One studio. A level of care that most people didn't know existed in Port Richey until they found us.
Between them, Alex and Renee bring over two decades of hands-on massage therapy experience — combined with advanced clinical training and the kind of mentorship most therapists never get access to. Alex has trained directly with a medical doctor, a chiropractor, and the father of neuromuscular therapy himself. Renee brings over a decade of massage therapy experience to everything she does — and has since added her aesthetician license, bringing that same depth of understanding of the body to her skincare practice.
This is what that depth of experience feels like in practice: someone who actually listens, actually looks, and builds your session around what your body needs that day — not a menu item pulled off a shelf.
